Inspired by the feeling of the festival and the fusion at the heart of the Border-Clash brand, the rum brings together Caribbean sorrel and Thai coconut sugar in a way that feels both distinctive and deeply authentic. Smooth, layered and memorable, it reflects the same bold balance that runs through every part of Border-Clash.

Our Distiller
Our distiller is an award-winning, world-class spirit, crafted and distilled with care and patience on our Northamptonshire farm. Inspired by traditional Jamaican rum distilling methods, they use one of only two copper pot double retort stills in the UK, enhancing richness and depth. This is complemented by long, slow fermentations of over 40 days, which create a distinctive and complex flavour profile.
